About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our interactions with key MDU (Multifamily Dwelling Unit) partners, ensuring that our tech support and installation services are seamlessly integrated into their operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an entrepreneurial mindset and is passionate about building and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our MDU partners, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication between HelloTech and our clients.
  • Process Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient processes for project coordination with our MDU partners, addressing both current needs and anticipating future requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, as well as with external MDU partners.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential challenges in our operations and develop innovative solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, timelines, action items, and status reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Customer Interaction: Occasionally interface with MDU customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline coordination efforts, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: While traditional project management experience is not required, we value experience in roles that demonstrate a strong ability to coordinate complex activities, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive projects to completion.

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

    • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new tools and platforms. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners
